The Town of Townsend is soliciting bids to update its Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Self-Evaluation and Transition Plan. Such an update would include a review of approximately 140 public properties, including facilities, parking areas, parks, open spaces, programs, and services under the Town?s management with the goal of identifying improvements that would expand access to these facilities and activities. All work must be completed by June 30, 2024.
