Pursuant to MGL Chapter 30, Sec. 39M, the City of Gloucester seeks sealed bids, for the Haskell Pond Dam Shooting Range Soil Berm Removal Project. The scope of work consists of site setup and preparation, demolition and processing of the concrete shooting range track, in-situ stabilization of lead-impacted soils, excavation, loading and hauling and off-site management of approximately 1,000 cy of soil.

The scope of work consists of site setup and preparation, demolition and processing of the concrete shooting range track, in-situ stabilization of lead-impacted soils, excavation, loading and hauling and off-site management of approximately 1,000 cy of soil. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Payment Bond in the amount of 50% of the bid price. Prevailing Wages apply, bids must include a Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid. Bids are due and will be opened at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, City Hall, 9 Dale Ave., Gloucester, MA 01930 no later than Nov. 30, 2022 at 11:30 am. Bid packages will be available by emailing purchasing@gloucester-ma.gov or at the Purchasing Office beginning Wed., Nov. 9, 2022.
