The work to be performed will include the removal of approximately 10,000 yards of green waste from the Beaver Street Recycling Center. The Town will provide a front end loader to load the material into the Contractors truck. The Contractor shall supply suitable trucks for hauling green waste in accordance with Local, State and Federal Laws. The green waste is to be processed into useable soil. In accordance with Massachusetts Prevailing Wage Law, prevailing wage rates are to be paid for this work. Work is expected to commence within four weeks of Notice to Proceed and be completed by June 7, 2024.
