CITY OF CHICOPEE - PLANNING DEPARTMENT 274 Front St. CHICOPEE, MA 01013 Tel# (413) 594-1557 Fax# (413) 594-1577 REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS, (RFQ) for: Chicopee City Hall Interior Renovations: RFQ submissions for Filed Subs and General Contractors will be received by the City Purchasing Agent, City Hall Annex, 274 Front Street, Chicopee, MA up to 11:00 AM on Wednesday, JUNE 28, 2023, at which time they will receive and start evaluations of the submitted prequalification submissions. The conditions of for acceptance for prequalification are defined in the RFQ that is available through the City of Chicopee web site, (June 07, 2023). Your attention is directed to the RFQ for all the required documentation required with the submission. A copy of the RFQ may be obtained at the office of the City Purchasing Agent beginning Thursday, June 07, 2023 after 11:00 AM. Minority Business Enterprises that are certified and Qualified are strongly encouraged to submit qualifications. THE CITY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY OR ALL QUALIFICATIONS. Notification of acceptance for bidding will occur July 2023. Bidding for this project is currently scheduled to begin on August. 10, 2023.
