The Town of Hull acting through the Office of Community Development and Planning hereby solicits proposals from qualified individuals and firms with considerable experience in community design, land use planning, waterfront analysis and citizen involvement/participation to develop a Waterfront Access and Prioritization Plan for the Town of Hull.

Proposals must be received no later than 2:00 P.M. on December 13, 2023 in the manner and format as required in the Request for Proposals, and should be addressed to Christopher DiIorio at Hull Town Hall, 253 Atlantic Avenue, Hull, MA 02066. No electronic proposals accepted.
The Town reserves the right to waive any informality in the proposal procedure, to cancel this Request for Proposal or to reject any and all proposals received deemed not in the best interest of the Town.
