The primary intent of this request is to solicit proposals from vendors or organizations to contract for the collection of both landline and cell-phone survey interviews for the Massachusetts Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System (BRFSS). Services to be provided are for the 2023 survey year with an initial period of performance of November 30, 2023 through June 30, 2024. In addition to the annual BRFSS survey, future grants and new projects may require the Department to conduct occasional additional surveys. These additional surveys are described in a later section. The contractor will follow the guidelines provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for conducting the survey and producing clean data files. The contractor will monitor adherence to the sampling protocol and conduct data collection activities. The contractor will also perform quality assurance checks and produce data files as required by the CDC and MDPH.
