The MA Office of Travel and Tourism (MOTT) is seeking proposals from experienced Massachusetts travel agencies to assist with reservations and ticketing for employees traveling to promote Massachusetts tourism. The travel agent will provide all aspects of planning, researching, booking air and ground transportation. This includes providing cost effective and budget conscious travel options.

Travel Agent Services vendors will provide professional travel management services, and provide efficiency for a transparent, accountable, and sustainable service. They will assist the Massachusetts Office of Travel and Tourism in meeting its travel needs for domestic and international travel, both on and offsite.

Typical tasks include but are not limited to: travel arrangement, reservation, ticketing and traveler support for air, rail, lodging, car rental and ancillary services, which includes booking, ticketing, business services, delivery services, destination services, documentation, help desk, international services, invoicing, reconciliation, profile management, quality control, reporting, stand-alone bookings for lodging and rental car, and planning services for meetings.
