Waltham Housing authority is seeking Qualified Bids for the replacement of Federal Pacific Panels and main switch for the Orange Street 667.4 Elderly development, located at 82.86 Orange Street, Waltham, MA 02451. The proposed scope includes replacing 32 100A apartment load centers, 5- 100A panels, 2- 400A distribution boards, 1- 1200A distribution board, and 1-800A main switch. The contractor shall be responsible for proper removal and disposal of wall joint compound containing greater than 2 percent asbestos containing materials as required to facilitate system replacements on site. There will be an optional bidders conference held on December 13 2023, t 1000am for interested parties.
