Bidders must be pre-qualified with MassDOT for Traffic Signals for the amount of the Estimated Construction Cost indicated below. The work to be performed will include excavation, cement concrete pads, beacon installation, bicycle rack installation, and other incidental work as required. Work under this Contract shall be paid for at the contract unit bid prices, which shall constitute full compensation for all material, labor, equipment, etc., required to satisfactorily complete the work.
