PREQUALIFICATION process for Trade Contractors.
Hopkins Lower Middle School is an addition & renovation project to convert an existing elementary school to a middle school program.
The 28,035 gsf addition will be supported by a new Geothermal well field and dedicated all electric mechanical equipment. The renovation will include select gut renovation of the Kitchen, Cafeteria, music rooms and loading dock as well as the renovation & repurposing of interior educational spaces, HVAC upgrades, cosmetic refresh, and code trigger upgrades. The site work will include expand parking, fire lane and playing field. Trade Contractor Statement of Qualifications Forms from interested trade subcontractors are sought for the following categories of work:
