The Lowell Housing Authority seeks bids from professional landscape companies interested in providing Spring clean out, flower planting and mulching at South Common Village and the Mercier Center Courtyard.
The work covered by this contract includes the furnishing of labor, supervision, expertise, equipment, materials, personnel, fuel and all other things necessary to successfully complete this project. All work must be completed by May 30, 2024. The awarded landscaper will be responsible for watering the new plants until they are established and shall warranty the health of new plants for one year.
