The Commonwealth of Massachusetts Executive Office of the Trial Court on behalf of the Massachusetts Trial Court is seeking one or more community-based organizations to serve as a Restorative Justice Facilitator to provide flexible, victim-centered Restorative Justice Services for court-involved individuals charged with misdemeanors and felonies, as part of a three-year pilot program in Suffolk County. The goal of this pilot is to provide Restorative Justice Services to individuals facing criminal charges in the Boston Municipal Court, the Brockton District Court, and the Superior Courts in Suffolk and Plymouth Counties prior to plea or sentencing or during a period of probation.
