It is the intent of the Lowell Housing Authority to retain a qualified, licensed and bonded contractor to perform various pest control services, pursuant to the requirements of this RFP and ensuing contract. The Contractor must furnish all supervision, labor, materials and equipment necessary to accomplish the surveillance, trapping, and pesticide application components of the pest control program. The Contractor must also provide site-specific recommendations for structural and management changes necessary to achieve pest prevention. The contractor will also provide education services related to pest control for building staff and occupants.
