Sealed bids are sought by the Town of Plymouth for the construction of a pedestrian-safe road crossing on the Seaside Rail Trail, drainage work, land clearing, and trail work.

Bid Documents are available electronically by registering at www.plymouth-ma.gov/bids-current .

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Thursday, December 15, 2022, at 10:00 a.m.. Please meet at the entrance to Nelson Memorial Park, located at 255 Water Street.

Bids are to be submitted by 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 29, 2022, at which time they will be publicly opened and read. Postmarks will not be considered. All bids must be sealed and made upon forms furnished by the Procurement Division. Bids submitted on any other form will not be accepted as valid bids.

All bids are subject to the provisions of M.G.L. c.30 §39M, and the Bid and Contract Documents.
