NOTICE TO RESPONDERS

The Town of Natick (Natick Affordable Housing Trust), Natick Town Hall, 13 East Central Street, Natick, MA 01760 (“the Town”) invites the submission of responses for utility line work at the North Main Street Property in the Town of Natick. The Request for Responses (“RFR”) may be obtained by emailing bleblanc@natickma.org For security reasons, you must enable JavaScript to view this E-mail address. between 8:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. local time, Monday through Thursday, and between 8:00 A.M. and 12:00 P.M. (noon) local time, Friday, beginning on November 15, 2023. Please do not request prior to November 15, 2023. Please request during regular business hours only (see above). Please also note that Natick will be closed in observance of the Thanksgiving holidays, Thursday, November 23, 2023, and Friday, November 24, 2023. Please do not request documents during those days. Responses will be received until 9:00 A.M. local time, December 1, 2023, by email to bleblanc@natickma.org For security reasons, you must enable JavaScript to view this E-mail address. . All Responses shall comply with the RFR issued by the Town of Natick, including, without limitation, Section 1, Instructions to Responders, and Submission Requirements. The Town reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any, any part of, or all Responses in the best interest of the Town. Contract award is subject to appropriation and award by the Natick Select Board. Any Response submitted will be binding for thirty (30) days subsequent to the time of opening. Award shall be subject to vote of the Natick Select Board/Natick Affordable Housing Trust/Town Administrator, as applicable, and sufficient appropriation/funding.
