Bidding Documents may be obtained on or after July 12, 2023, at 9:00 a.m., electronically at no cost by registering and downloading from www.andoverma.gov/bids .

Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security of CASH, CERTIFIED CHECK, or BID BOND issued by a responsible bank or trust company licensed to do business in the State of Massachusetts in the amount of 5% of the total bid.

MASSDOT Pre-Qualification of contactors with the class of work as BRIDGE CONSTRUCTION, for the project with an estimated value of $222,160.00, will be required.

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on-site on July 20, 2023 at 10:00 AM. Meeting will be held at the site – Essex Street over Shawsheen River, Bridge No. A-09-006 (2QM). This is an optional Pre-Bid conference.
