No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of thirty (30) work days after the date set for the opening thereof.

Attention is directed to the minimum wage rates to be paid as determined by the Department of Labor and Workforce Development under the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 30 & 39M.

The bidding and award of this Contract will be under the provisions of M.G. L. 30 & 39M.
