Sealed proposals for furnishing the following will be received at the Office of Central Purchasing, Water Treatment Plant, 397 Lowell Street, Andover, Massachusetts 01810 until the time specified below at which time the proposals will be opened. The time received will be stamped on each proposal and for a consistency of time, the wall clock in the Purchasing Office will be the determining time.

West Middle School Feasibility Study/Facility Assessment 11:00 AM

The Town of Andover is requesting proposals from qualified designer/architect/engineering firms to conduct a Feasibility Study/Facility Assessment at the Andover West Middle School in Andover, Massachusetts.

Specifications and qualification forms may be obtained online at www.andoverma.gov/bids.

No proposer may withdraw his proposal for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for the

opening thereof.

The contract for these services will be for a negotiated fee NOT TO EXCEED $80,000.00.

There will be a Mandatory Briefing Session held on Monday, October 2, 2023, at 10:00AM at the West Middle School, Main Entrance, 70 Shawsheen Rd., Andover, Massachusetts, 01810.
