A Mandatory Pre-Bid conference will be held on October 17, 2023, @ 10:00 A.M.

Meet at the pump station in the Bancroft School driveway, 15 Bancroft Road, Andover, MA 01810

A bid security in the amount of 5% of the total bid will be required.

100% Payment and Performance Bonds are required upon contract execution. Such bonds shall be prepared on a form provided by the Owner and supplied by a surety company licensed to do business in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
