Sealed Proposals for furnishing the following will be received at the Office of Central Purchasing, Andover Town Offices, 36 Bartlet Street, Andover, Massachusetts 01810 until the time specified below at which time the proposals will be opened and read. The time received will be stamped on each proposal and for a consistency of time, the time stamp clock in the Purchasing office will be the determining time.
Receipt and opening of proposals will be as stated in the Invitation to Bid, which is an integral part of these instructions. No proposals received after the time established for the closing of proposals will be considered regardless of the cause for delay in the receipt of any such bid(s).

A bid security in the amount of 5% of the total bid will be required.
The bidding and award of this contract will be under the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 30B.
