ANDOVER, ASSABET VOCATIONAL SCHOOL, BELMONT BRAINTREE, BILLERICA, CHELMSFORD, DANVERS,DEDHAM, GREATER LAWRENCE TECHNICAL HIGH SCHOOL, MILTON, READING, TEWKSBURY, WAKEFIELD, and WATERTOWN PUBLIC SCHOOLS
Sealed bids for furnishing and delivery of Bakery items to the above listed municipalities will be received at the Andover Public Schools Business Office, 30 Whittier Court, Andover, Massachusetts 01810, until the time specified below at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read. The time received will be stamped on each bid and for a consistency of time the time stamp clock in the Purchasing Office will be the determining time.

NO SECURITY IS REQUIRED ON THIS BID.
No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of thirty (30) work days after the date set for the opening thereof.

The bidding and award of this contract will be under the provisions of Massachusetts General Law Chapter 30B.
The Town reserves the right to accept or reject, in whole or in part, any or all bids or take whatever other action may be deemed necessary to be in the best interest of the Town.
