INVITATION TO BID
Sealed Bids for furnishing the following will be received at the Office of Central Purchasing, Andover Water Treatment Plant, 397 Lowell Street, Andover, Massachusetts 01810 until the time specified below at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read. The time received will be stamped on each bid and for a consistency of time, the time stamp clock in the Purchasing office will be the determining time.

No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of thirty (30) days after the date set for the opening thereof.
The bidding and award of this contract will be under the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 30B.
