Qualifications:
|
|
Bidders must have at least eight (8) years of experience and a proven track record of high-quality work on similar projects.
The Moving Company shall be licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The moving company and its personnel shall maintain in good standing the certifications, licensing and registrations required by the various agencies noted herein and in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for the duration of the project. Copies of these licenses and certifications shall be provided.

Special Requirements:
|
|
Mover must have experienced art handlers with demonstrated knowledge of recognized standards for the handling, wrapping, packing, and moving of antique furniture and fine arts (including bronzes and gilt-framed paintings). This includes the proper matching of packing materials with the specific type and medium of art, and the ability to construct custom-fitted boxes or crates when necessary.
