The Town of Amherst invites sealed bids for the Amherst Police Station Roof Replacement, 111 Main Street, Amherst, MA 01002.
The work involves completely removing the existing roofing materials down to the plywood sheathing including the ridge vents and installing underlayment, asphalt shingles, and ridge vents. Also included, if authorized by the Town is repair and replacement of portions of the existing plywood sheathing, flashing and drip edge.
