The Town of Amherst invites sealed bids for the design & installation of an NFPA 72 compliant fire alarm system within the Munson Memorial Library Building. in Amherst, MA. Invitation for Bids may be obtained online at www.amherstma.gov/bids .

A mandatory Pre-Bid conference will be held on August 15, 2023 at 10am at the Munson Memorial Library – 1046 South East Street Amherst, MA. All bidders are invited to attend.

Bids shall be submitted no later than 2:00 p.m. on August 23, 2023, to the Town of Amherst’s

Accountant’s Office where the bids will be publicly opened and recorded at that time.

The Town of Amherst reserves the right to reject any and all bids in whole or in part, and to waive informalities, when at its sole discretion is deemed to be in the best interests of the Town and to the extent permitted by law.

Firm must have three (3) references who can document his or her successful completion of projects in the State of Massachusetts.
