The Town of Amherst invites sealed proposals for the purpose of providing materials testing and inspection services for the Fort River Elementary School project, 70 South East Street, Amherst, MA 01002. T he Request for Proposals may be obtained online at www.amherstma.gov/bids .

Proposals shall be submitted no later than 2:00 p.m. on March 5, 2024, to the Town of Amherst’s Accountant’s Office.

The Awarding Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, and to waive informalities, when at its sole discretion is deemed to be in the best interests of the Town and to the extent permitted by law.
