Bids shall be submitted no later than 10:00AM on Thursday, April 13, 2023 to the Town Accountant’s Office at Town Hall, 4 Boltwood Ave, Amherst, MA 01002, where the bids will be publicly opened and recorded at that time.

The Town of Amherst reserves the right to reject any and all bids in whole or in part, and to waive minor informalities, when at its sole discretion is deemed to be in the best interests of the Town and to the extent permitted by law.
