Provide routine, non-routine, and emergency inspections, testing, and maintenance services of Town facilities fire sprinkler systems. Inspection and testing shall conform to the standards established by the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA 20 and NFPA 25).

Qualifications:
|
|
Firm must have at least ten (10) years of experience and a proven track record of high quality, professional work in fire sprinkler system testing, inspection, and maintenance.
Firm must have three (3) references who can document his or her successful completion of projects in the State of Massachusetts.

|
An optional Pre Bid conference will be held on Tuesday August 8, 2023 at 10am starting at the Town Hall, 4 Boltwood Avenue, Amherst, MA. This is not mandatory, but all bidders are invited to attend.
