REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS OWNER’S PROJECT MANAGER

The Town of Acton, Massachusetts (“Town”) invites qualified applicants to submit proposals to provide Owner’s Project Management services for the design, bidding, and construction of a new Department of Public Works Facility. All applicants must submit in complete conformance with this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) document.

Copies of the RFQ a package will be available beginning October 25, 2023 at www.Projectdog.com , and will be available until submission deadline. Click “Sign Up” to register for free, or login with an existing account. Enter Project Code 858530 in the project locator box. Select “Acquire Documents” to download Documents. See attached Projectdog Supplemental Instructions to Bidders.

This RFQ shall be governed by the designer selection law, M.G.L. Chapter 7C, Sections 44 to 58 and M.G.L. Chapter 149, Section 44A½.

All inquiries received by 12:00PM November 13, 2023 will be considered. Addendum(s) will be issued through Projectdog answering all questions and any changes to the RFQ to all applicants on record as having received the RFQ.

Sealed proposal submissions must be received and registered by the Office of the Town Manager, Town Hall, 472 Main Street, Acton, MA 01720 by November 21, 2023 at 2:00PM. No proposals will be accepted after the time and date noted.
