The Town of Acton, Massachusetts, will receive sealed bids for the following:
CONTRACTED TREE WORK
CONTRACT #06/22/2023-1072
at the Acton Department of Public Works, 14 Forest Rd., Acton, Massachusetts, 01720, until 10:00 A.M. Local Time on Thursday, June 22, 2023 and at that time bids will be publicly open and read.

) during normal working hours from Thursday, June 1, 2023 until the expiration of the time for the filing of bids.
Bidding procedures are governed by Massachusetts General Laws (G. L.) Chapter (c.) 149, §44A, and G. L. c. 30, §39M, as applicable and referenced in G. L. 149.
No bidder may withdraw his bid within thirty (30) days after the date designated above for the opening of bids. The Contractor must comply with the all applicable federal, state and local law and regulations.
The Town of Acton reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any informalities, as deemed in the Town’s best interest.
