The Town of Acton, Massachusetts, will receive sealed quotes for the following contract:

WELL PUMP REPLACEMENT AND INSTALLATION 2/29/2024-1087

The Town of Acton Recreation Department is seeking quotes from qualified well drilling companies to replace and install a new irrigation well pump at the Concord Road Soccer Field, 104 Concord Road, Acton, MA 01720, Pursuant to MGL c.30 s.39M (contracts for construction) and MGL c.149 ss.26-27H (prevailing wages).

Additional items to include in the bid:
1. OSHA Certification
2. 50% payment bond if the contract is more than $25,000

All questions must be submitted to the Acton Recreation Department by Thursday, February 15, 2024 by 12:00 PM.
