Request for Proposals Disposition of 3 and 13 School Street

The Town of Acton is seeking proposals from creative development teams for the disposition and adaptive reuse of two non-adjacent parcels located at 3 School Street and 13 School Street. 3 School Street was built in 1927 and is comprised of approximately 2,628 sq. ft. including the unfinished basement. The building is a former fire station and former civil defense building. 13 School Street is a municipal parking lot. The assessed values of 3 and 13 School Street at $473,600 and $337,100 respectively.
