Sealed Proposals will be received at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, City Hall, 25 West St, Leominster, MA 01453, until 11:00 AM August 4, 2023, and at that time will be publicly opened and read.

This site is located on Jungle Road in Leominster (property abuts street address 21 Jungle Road) and consists of approximately 20,000 square feet +/- of land.

The City is seeking proposals from interested parties who would seek to develop the land. The City is using the request for proposals process to select a viable development offer.

The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to accept proposals in the best interest of the City.
