The City of Leominster is requesting proposals from interested parties who wish to lease their premises to the City to house Leominster School Departments " Leominster Center for Excellence". This space must be located in Leominster.

Sealed proposals will be received at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, City Hall, 25 West Street Leominster, MA 01453 until 11:00 A.M. July 14, 2023 and at that time and place will be publicly recorded.

The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to accept proposals in the best interest of the city.
