Sealed proposals will be received at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, City Hall, 25 West Street, Leominster, MA 01453 until 11:30AM July 6, 2023. At that time and place, they will be opened and read. If you need the documents emailed to you or to pick up in person, plans may be obtained at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, at aforementioned address.

The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to accept proposals in the best interest of the City.
