Request for Qualifications for Professional Engineering Services: Springdale Pumping Station
The City of Holyoke (City) is requesting qualifications from firms to provide professional engineering services relating to the replacement of the Springdale Pumping Station in Holyoke, Massachusetts. The firm selected for this project shall have a demonstrated ability to execute this type of project and provide the City with the technical assistance required to make informed choices in developing and implementing this project. The City intends for the assessment to be substantially complete by Sept. 30, 2024 with preliminary design complete by March 31, 2025.
