On Call Plumbing & Heating Repair Services

Pursuant to MGL Chapter 149, the City of Gloucester seeks sealed bids, Bid #24116 for Plumbing & Heating Repair Services. DCAMM Certified Contractors are sought for the following category: "Plumbing”. Massachusetts Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply. A bid deposit in the amount of 5% of the total bid price must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the bid price. Bids will be due and opened electronically on Wed., April 10, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. on bidnet direct. https://www.bidnetdirect.com/massachusetts/gloucesterma . Bids will be available on March 13, 2024 at bidnet direct. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to accept that which is deemed in the best interest of the City. The City shall not be responsible for bids arriving late for any reason.
