Water Pollution Control Facility Headworks Improvements

The City of Gloucester seeks sealed bids, Bid #24104, Water Pollution Control Facility Headworks Improvements.  Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply. A bid deposit in the amount of 5% of the total bid price must accompany each bid.  The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the bid price. DCAMM Certified Trade Subcontractors are sought for the following category of work: “Electrical”. Filed Sub-bids must be received before 11:00 AM, Wed. March 27, 2024. DCAMM Certified Prime General Contractors are sought for the following category of work “Sewage and Water Treatment Plants”.  General Bids must be received before 11:00 AM, Wed. April 3, 2024. Bids are due and will be opened electronically at https://www.bidnetdirect.com/massachusetts/gloucesterma . The bid packet will be available on March 6, 2024, electronically at https://www.bidnetdirect.com/massachusetts/gloucesterma.&nbsp ;  A pre-bid meeting will be held at 1:00 PM, Wed. March 20, 2024 at Water Pollution Control Facility, 50 Essex Avenue, Gloucester, MA 01930.  The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to accept that which is deemed in the best interest of the City. The City shall not be responsible for bids arriving late for any reason.
