MassDOT prequalification of contractors with the class of work as, Highway - Construction or Highway – Sidewalk and Curbing, for the project with an estimated value of $364,845.00 will be required.

All bidding Requests for Information shall be to jbrzwzowski@theengineeringcorp.com by 03/07/2024 at 12:00PM EDT.
Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.30§39M and to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 §§26 to 27H inclusive.
Bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the total bid amount (including all alternates), and made payable to the CITY OF AMESBURY.
The City of Amesbury may cancel this IFB or reject in whole or in part any and all proposals, if they determine that cancellation or rejection serves the best interest of the City of Amesbury.
