The property is located at 21 Pond View Avenue in Amesbury, Massachusetts, formerly known as Trader Alan’s Truck Stop. This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 30B, Section 16.
Pursuant to the Request for Proposals (RFP) Proposers are required to submit 1 hard copy proposal with a flash drive containing the full proposal to the Office of Community and Economic Development, 39 South Hunt Road, Municipal Development Center, Amesbury MA 01913 NO LATER THAN 12:00pm, Monday, March 27, 2023. Proposals received after this time will be rejected and returned unopened.
