Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) is procuring a Lead Paint Analyzer for United States Army Garrison Fort Devens Department of Public Works. This procurement will be accomplished through a firm fixed price contract. This solicitation is being issued as 100% Total Small Business set-aside. The product requested shall be a brand name or equal. The delivery of the Lead Paint Analyzer has been set at 31 January 2023.

The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, transportation, materials, tools, supervision, and other items necessary to deliver the requested Lead Paint Analyzer to the Fort Devens DPW at WHSE BLDG 3574 12 Feinberg Street, Devens, MA 01434. The Lead Paint Analyzer shall conform to the minimum specifications listed on page 4 under Minimum Specifcations of the Modified Solicitation and in the MFR for Limiting Competition. If there is going to be a different Lead Paint Analyzer other than Brand Name please provide a picture, a website, or specification lists in order to compare to the Brand Name device. Please return both a completed Solicitation document as well as a signed copy of the Solicitation Modification document.
