ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AS OF 16 NOVEMBER 2023

In order to ensure all participants can have a productive Industry Day, the Government has expanded its clarifications.

Due to Government requirements only S band radar solutions will be entertained.

The overall solution contains classified information. The classified documents will be marked as Secret No Foreign. As such, by Government requirements, contractors must be able to receive Secret No Foreign data. For those that believe they meet the above requirement and request the receipt of the classified documents, the following must be adhered to:

1. Must provide proof of US Industrial Based Company

2. Must provide documentation of having a Facility Security Clearance

3. Only US citizens with documented eligibility to obtain classified information

4. Send proof of the above to: Mr. Jeffrey Wotton, jeffery.wotton.3@us.af.mil and cc: Ms. Pam Bumbaca, pamela.bumbaca.1@us.af.mil

Contractors must request by 17 November 2023.

Only US citizens from US Based Industries shall be able to participate in the Industry Day.

Air Route Surveillance Radar 4 Replacement - Hawaii

28 - 29 November 2023

Industry is hereby notified that the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC)/Global Air Traffic Systems (HBAG) is hosting an Industry Day Conference. This Industry Day Conference is a follow -up to the non-solicitation Air Route Surviellance Radar 4 Replacement – Hawaii (ANovRSR4R-HI) Request for Information (RFI) posted 6 September 2023 by the ARSR4R-HI Program Office.

In order to ensure all participants can have a productive Industry Day, the Government has expanded its clarifications.

Responses due on 20 November 2023 at 1700 EST.
