The National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) intends to award one Firm-Fixed Price(FFP) contract for the services of an Uncrewed Surface Vehicle to Survey Offshore Wind Areas (the Block Island Wind Farm), as described in the Performance Work Statement. All responsible Small Business sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by NOAA. The Government intends to select one contractor; however, the Government reserves the right toward no contract at all, depending on the quality of the quotations, the prices submitted, and the availability of funds.
This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The associated NAICS code is 541715.The small business size standard is 1,000 employees.
The base period of performance of this requirement is from September 30, 2023 through September 30, 2024, with no option periods.
Quotations submitted in response to this solicitation are due no later than 2:00 PM Eastern Time on August 18, 2023, and shall be submitted via email to the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer at the contact information listed in this solicitation.
