Pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), L3Harris is the only responsible source that possesses the production capacity, knowledge, and proven experience to build or retrofit, repair and upgrade, provide support, ordnance alterations, and spares for the MK 46 and MK 20 requirements. This class justification and approval provides justification for the Basic Ordering Agreement and resulting orders. In accordance with paragraph 6 of CJ&A 53,370, orders under this BOA shall be synopsized on sam.gov.
