Description

Firm-fixed-price, cost-plus-fixed-fee, and cost-no fee modification to previously awarded contract N00024-19-C-5112 for the production of the MK 99 Fire Control Systems, associated hardware, and engineering support. This requirement was not competitively solicited pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other suppliers or services will satisfy agency requirements. Raytheon is the only source with in-depth technical knowledge, expertise, and the resources necessary to satisfy the requirements without causing unacceptable delays.
