The Charles Stark Draper Laboratory, Cambridge, Massachusetts, has been awarded a firm-fixed-price, cost-plus-fixed-fee, and cost reimbursement contract (N00024-23-C-5232) for Automated Celestial Navigation System (ACNS), spares, and associated engineering support and repair services. This contract was not competitively procured in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements). The contract includes non-fixed price line items. The uncertainties involved in these line items do not permit costs to be estimated with sufficient accuracy to use a fixed-price contract type.
