The United States Army Garrison at Fort Devens, MA has a requirement for non-personal services to provide all plant, labor, equipment, materials, and perform all operations and services to act as the Public Water System Certified Operator for the water systems described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary as defined in the PWS.
