Description

This contract was awarded under FAR 13.5, as firm, fixed price, non-competitive contract. Rolls-Royce Marine (RRC-M) (Cage: 07309) has the sole proprietary information on engineering and development data, manufacturing, and technical data per Rolls-Royce drawing #112151001. Drawing #112151001 and NAVSEA Technical Manual S9245-AD-MMA-010 lists all of the direct replacement parts that can be used for the emergent dry-docking repair and overhaul the Port and STBD CPP under CASREP Nbr: 22102 CATEGORY: 3 DTG: 060313ZDEC22. SRF-JRMC technical requirements does not allow deviation from prescribed specifications for materials identified on Rolls-Royce Drawings and NAVSEA Technical Manuals.
