The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Community Treatment Services (CTS) Contracting Office, Washington, D.C. is seeking quotes from sources that have the ability to provide community-based outpatient Sex Offender Treatment services for male and female inmate residing at the local Residential Reentry Center and on home confinement in Boston, MA.
The provider must be within a 10-mile distance from the Boston City Hall, located at 1 City Hall, Boston, MA 02109, and accessible to public transportation. This requirement will ensure the contractor is located within walking distance of public transportation, offenders are not subject to walking long distances in inclement weather, and offender accountability is maintained.
Performance periods under this contract will be for a one-year base period estimated to begin on February 01, 2023, with four (4) one-year option periods, with services ending (if all options years are renewed) on January 31, 2028. The following services are required to be provided by clinicians who currently hold a professional license to practice independently, without supervision, in the state where services will be rendered.
