The Town of Weston is accepting proposals from qualified proposers until October 21, 2022 at 11:00AM to lease the Town-owned building known as the Fiske Law Office and located at 598 Boston Post Road, Weston, Massachusetts, for an initial period of four (4) years, with the tenant having the right to extend the lease for two (2) periods of two (2) years each, for a total possible term of eight (8) years. Proposals will be received and opened at the Office of the Town Manager, 11 Town House Rd, P.O. Box 378, Weston, MA, 02493.

The Town of Weston shall award the contract to the proposer whose proposal is deemed to be most advantageous to the Town of Weston as defined by the evaluation criteria contained in this Request for Proposals.
The Town of Weston may, at its sole discretion, determine that no contract award shall be made. The Town of Weston reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Final acceptance of any proposal is the responsibility of the Town Manager.
